Who We Are
MicroNet, Inc. is headquartered in Nisswa, Minnesota - a town noted for its scenic beauty, resorts, golf courses and lakes. As chambers and associations are integral to the business health of any community, this was the perfect location to develop member management software for chambers of commerce.
MicroNet began as a provider of software and networking services in 1996. The company’s first commercial product, ChamberMaster, was developed exclusively for chambers of commerce and was released in 1998 as the first affordable SaaS (Software as a Service) solution. And due to popular demand from trade and industry associations, the company developed MemberZone for the association market. MemberZone was launched in June of 2012 and leverages the expertise gained from working closely with over 2,000 nonprofit organizations for more than 20 years.
Both ChamberMaster and MemberZone help member-centric organizations with their day-to-day operations, allowing them to grow and offer valuable member benefits. The software enables non-dues revenue generation and membership management tools for recruiting and retaining members. MicroNet’s customers’ organizations range in size from 30 to more than 3,000 members and consistently rate our technical support and customer service as the best in the industry.
