The new features just released allowing for processing of credit card payments from within the Billing module is wonderful! There is no longer the need to go into your processor’s virtual terminal or to do a manual entry to a stand-alone machine, and then follow through with entering the payment into ChamberMaster. You can now do it in one place and avoid multiple entries of information.
I am also very excited about having the ability to search for available credits and unapplied payments without having to search through all of the invoices or by downloading to Excel and sorting from there. Now, on the open invoices report, you can simply choose to only show available payments and credits. This makes it very easy for me to see the items that are available to apply to open invoices.
One more item that I find very useful is the ability to choose multiple payment types for display on the Deposits tab. Now, if I am receiving cash and check payments and want to be able to do all of the cash and all of the checks in one deposit batch without seeing, and unchecking, payment methods that I don’t need I can simply select to view the Cash and Checks at the same time.
