Customize Your Event Registration

 

With our recent release your events management you can now add custom information to your event registration form and track these custom fields in your database. Giving you greater control over the information that you want to receive from registrants.

Setup each custom field as one the following:

  • Text input
  • Boolean (True/False checkmark)
  • Date field
  • Number (integer or decimal)
  • Create a Drop Down List of options
Let's say you have your yearly membership gala coming up with a silent auction and meal. You want to give your members the option to provide a silent auction item and select their meal option.

You could create the following custom fields. (photo of the event registration to the right)

  • Drop Down field for: Meal Type - Chicken, Beef, Veggie
  • Boolean (checkmark): I would like to donate a silent auction item
  • Fill in text: Silent Auction Item
  • Number: Number of silent Auction Items included:
  • Fill in text: Silent Auction Item Price
  • Date: Date I will bring in Silent Auction item by:
 

All your members need to do as they are registering is fill in the information. You will then see their responses in the download listing option under reports from your guest list tab in your database.

The possibilities of information that you would like to track on your registrants are endless. For Example:

  • Create Drop down fields for T-shirt Options and Sizes
  • Use a Boolean field to ask if they would like other upcoming event information mailed to them
  • Add Number of copies of the presentation they would like to receive prior to the event
  • Enter Date they will have pledges in by
  • Include Text for name of float for your upcoming parade
