Member Management Essentials
We're guessing you've been asked, “why should I renew my membership?” more than a few times. Knowing how engaged your members are and how well you’ve promoted them is key to answering that (in)famous retention question. Here's a few ideas that could help:
Have you run the member engagement report to ID at risk members?
Have you sent your members a login recently to remind them to update their info, join groups, add a Hot Deal….?
Do they have a current benefit list?
Your software provides you with an “At Risk” report letting you zero in on areas of concern so you can identify which members are not maximizing the opportunties you provide (e.g. not attending events or making use of eCoupons or advertising). Remind them before renewal time about the options they could be using and why. Or better yet, have one of your more active members reach out to them and bring them into your network.
