I want to share how very helpful you guys have been during the COVID-19 pandemic. I don’t know where you get your people, but they are fantastic. In all the time I’ve dealt with them I’ve never had a rude or uncaring individual answer or return my calls. They are both knowledgeable and customer service-oriented. Our chamber has 750 members and it was imperative immediately that we communicate with them and give them benefits beyond what we ever had.

Our Virtual Mall was then established with your help to showcase open businesses. It has been so successful we are making it a permanent part of our membership benefits. We are currently on a mission to have our businesses post open jobs and are advertising those job postings to our members.

One caveat: GIGO (Garbage In, Garbage Out) still applies - take the time to clean up your current system BEFORE you convert! AIso, if you're using QuickBooks, the transition to ChamberMaster is more involved (we did that conversion separately). But once the two programs are talking to each other, it's wonderful!

The system was easy to learn and I have become very familiar with the LiveEdit section for updating our website. We have been with them since 2007. Our website was hosted with a different company and we had problems with the webmaster updating all the new modules and enhancement that ChamberMaster was supplying. So we decided to switch to their hosting and LiveEdit, best move we have made.
Like with most things the membership was a little slow at realizing what a great member benefit this was for them. We continue to promote the site and all of the benefit to them every chance we get and it is working. We have initiated some one-on-one training and it is paying off.
I could go on and on about the benefits, please know that we gain nothing by sharing this information with you. All I can say is it has cut my workload and I am very pleased with the program and their customer service.

Prior to CM, we had a hodge-podge way of doing things: one access database for our membership directory, one access database for event registration, and one excel database for our email distribution. Moving to ChamberMaster was the best decision our board of directors ever voted on! I think ChamberMaster is a model company that if every company were like ChamberMaster, that company would be the leader in their field. They are that good.
As the economy has soured, we’ve noticed a huge increase in the number of members using ChamberMaster’s Hot Deals for online couponing. Some put the coupons in radio ads and say go to the Chamber’s website and print a coupon and other post a link in their online communications where they can offer online coupons using us without having to pay for a separate company or expensive software to do it. It really empowers small companies especially and helps us retain them as members, because if they quit our Chamber, they would lose these valuable ChamberMaster online tools they’ve come to depend upon.
In my opinion, ChamberMaster is misnamed. They should be called, “Chamber Total-Solutions” or Chamber Maestro” as they have improved every aspect of Apple Valley Chamber from productivity, reduced training time, event maximization, top websites for small chambers, communications including letter communications, accounts receivables, weekly member e-newsletters, timely reports with graphics, and probably most important, empowering our members to update and manage their own member accounts from their computer 24/7 giving them a sense of control while reducing Chamber staff time.

I especially like that ChamberMaster is 100% web-based so I don't need to worry about installing software on any computers or worry about what operating system anyone is using. I also like the value --great value for the money. I also like that when you come out with improvements and new versions, they are meaningful upgrades, not just cosmetic add-ons to an existing shell, the way some other companies do.
Most importantly though is the customer service. This is where you are head and shoulders above all others, including some that may have SOME features attempting to come close to yours.
